Coffee & Conversation: Attracting & Retaining Employees

While NC is experiencing some of the lowest unemployment rates in history, business owners may be finding it difficult to attract and retain their employees.

Join other business leaders for a discussion led by Bernita Nichols, Director of Corporate and Professional Development at Wake Technical Community College; Kimberly Wheeler, Director of Business Engagement at Capital Area Workforce Development Board; and Mike Harris, with relyMD.

This panel will help you evaluate your current workforce practices, as well as, offer resources for business owners in attracting and retaining your workforce.

Please take a quick 5-minute survey to help us best evaluate the workforce development needs in our area. Our speakers will plan to use this information during our discussion: https://garnerchamber.survey.fm/untitled-survey-1
