Digital Bridge Run

HUBZone Technology Initiative

Run, walk, bike, swim, or roll wherever you choose! Complete your distance (1+ miles) on a treadmill, around your neighborhood, at a park, or on your favorite trail. The last day to register is May 31. We’ll ship your event medal directly to you! Every mile helps bridge the digital divide by turning old laptops into new opportunities for individuals, families, and organizations in need.

Having a computer is a way of life for most of us. However, for some, it’s just another expense that doesn’t fit the budget.

That’s where HTI comes in! We are committed to bridging this digital divide by providing HTI Chromebooks to students, veterans, seniors, families, and nonprofits in need. Our clients use their HTI Chromebooks to advance professionally and educationally, improving their futures!

Raleigh Small Business Week Special Offer: AI Privacy & Client Data Mini-Audit

2KM Ventures LLC

Raleigh Small Business Week Special Offer: AI Privacy & Client Data Mini-Audit

https://2kmventures.com/raleigh-small-business-week-special-offer/

Small businesses are using AI to draft emails, create content, s
ummarize notes, organize workflows, and support client service. But many do not yet have clear rules for what information should never be entered into AI tools.

The AI Privacy & Client Data Mini-Audit helps privacy-sensitive small businesses identify practical risks in their use of AI and handling of client information. This offer is designed for coaches, consultants, wellness businesses, educators, healthcare-adjacent businesses, bookkeepers, travel advisors, agencies, and professional service providers that work with private or confidential client data.

For the Raleigh Small Business Week special rate of $250, participating businesses receive:

  • a 30-minute intake call,

  • a focused review of current AI-use and client-data practices,

  • a written AI Privacy Risk Snapshot,

  • a customized “What Not to Put Into AI” rule sheet, and

  • a 30-minute debrief conversation.

The mini-audit helps business owners clarify which AI tools are being used, what information should not be pasted into them, whether contractors or assistants need clearer rules, and what client-facing content should receive human review before use.

This is a practical business operations review for small businesses that want to use AI with clearer privacy and client data guardrails.

Small Business Week Rate: $250
Regular Rate: $750

Limited to 5 businesses.

Special Offer: Service Immersion | See Your Business Through Your Customers' Eyes

Offered by convivial | Limited to five B2C businesses

You know your business from the inside, and your customers know it from the outside. Those two perspectives can be very different.

A Service Immersion is how you close that gap. I spend time in your business the way a real customer would: arriving, navigating, interacting, and leaving. I watch what's easy to miss when you're the one running things — the moment a first-timer looks lost, the friction that makes people hesitate, and the small things that make people loyal.

Afterward, I sit down with you and tell you plainly what I found: what's working, what's getting in the way, and what your customers might be experiencing. You get a written summary of observations and practical recommendations that you can actually use.

This offer is available to the first five B2C businesses that sign up, at a special Small Business Week rate of $150 (regularly $500). No jargon, no big consulting engagement required — just a fresh set of eyes and an honest conversation about what I saw.

convivial is a Raleigh-based practice helping small businesses in the Triangle serve their customers better... and keep them coming back.
